Drawing inspiration from the garden and allotment, Bex and Ellie created a table where beauty and nourishment sit side by side. The installation combined edible flowers, vegetables, herbs and beans – all grown by Bex – to celebrate the abundance of the English garden. Through the use of seasonal materials and naturally dyed textiles, the work highlighted the close relationship between flowers, food and the land from which they grow.
